Omni-Channel Shoppers: An Emerging Retail Reality

Here is an interesting article I wanted to share with you. It’s all about being aware that people ‘shop’ across various channels (online and offline) so businesses need to make sure their online presence is consistent with offline.

While most of my clients aren’t retailers, I think the logic applies equally - your clients won’t just ring around or ask for referrals, they’ll also jump online and start Googling. You need to make sure you pop up in response to what they’re likely to be searching for and providing the right information on your site.
